1️⃣ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

✅ The item must be returned with original tags, packaging, and all included accessories.
✅ Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the product.
✅ Customized products, including items with personalized logos, colors, or designs, are non-returnable, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon receipt:

Step 2: Approval & Instructions

After reviewing your request, our team will respond within 24 hours and provide return/exchange instructions if your case is approved. You will receive:

  • Return address.
  • Packaging requirements.
  • Reference number to include in your return parcel.

Step 3: Shipping Back the Product

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product sent, defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost packages.
  • Please pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit.

Step 4: Inspection & Processing

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it within 3 business days.
  • Approved returns will be eligible for a refund or exchange, processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.

✅ Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer).
✅ Shipping fees (original delivery cost) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
✅ If the product was purchased as part of a promotional bundle, the entire bundle must be returned to qualify for a full refund.
